Login Help Before you can make any changes to your website, You must first log in with your unique Merchant ID, username, and password. This step is for security purposes and ensures that no unauthorized persons access or make changes to your site. To login simply type the following into your browser’s address bar: http://www.wwmerchant.com. Once you have accessed the WorldWide Merchant homepage, click on the Login link in the navigation bar: The next page displays a login screen. For this step you will need the following information that should have been provided for you by your WorldWide Merchant representative: 1. Fill in the spaces with the appropriate information 2. Then click the Login button you will be taken to the system's Main Menu. Troubleshooting Q. I entered my login information, but the screen came back with an “Access Denied” message. What do I do now? A. First of all, check to make sure that you have the correct login information, and that you have entered it correctly. Click the “Back” button in your browser, and try entering the information again. WorldWide Merchant login is NOT caps sensitive, so whether you entered your login information with capitals or not will not make a difference. Q. I’m sure the information I entered is correct, but I’m still having trouble logging in. What do I do now? A. If you’re absolutely certain that you are entering the correct information, but are still having problems, please call WorldWide Merchant for further assistance. Q. I tried to login but an error message came up saying that my account was locked. What does that mean? A. After three bad login attempts, WorldWide Merchant automatically locks your account for security reasons. If you receive this error, simply contact WorldWide Merchant and your account will be unlocked.
