Links Tools

The Links tools let you create hyperlinks to other websites or to other pages within your own website. Select the text or image that you want to hyperlink, then click the hyperlink or Internal link buttons to enter the URL for the hyperlink's destination.

You can also use the links tools to easily upload and hyperlink to a PDF, DOC, or XLS file.

Tool	Name	Description
	Hyperlink	Use the Hyperlink tool to create a link to another webpage. Select the text or image that you want to be the hyperlink and click the Hyperlink tool icon. Then enter the website address (URL) where you want the user to be taken when the hyperlink is clicked.
	Internal Hyperlink	Use the Internal Hyperlink tool to create a link to another page within your own website. Select the text or image that you want to be the hyperlink and click the Internal Hyperlink tool icon. Then browse to and select the page that you want the user to be taken to when the hyperlink is clicked.
	Anchor	Use the Anchor tool to create hyperlinks within a single web page. First click on the page where you want the hyperlink destination to be (where, on the page, the user will be taken when they click the hyperlink). Then click the Anchor tool icon. Enter a name for this anchor and click insert, then OK. Next, select the text or image that will be the starting hyperlink and click the Hyperlink tool icon. In the hyperlink popup window, select Anchor and choose the anchor where this hyperlink will send the user to.
	Adobe PDF	Use the Adobe PDF hyperlink tool to create a hyperlink to a PDF file. Select the text or image that you want to be the hyperlink and click the Adobe PDF hyperlink tool icon. You will be able to choose an existing PDF file, or to upload a new PDF document.
	Microsoft Word	Use the Microsoft Word hyperlink tool to create a hyperlink to a DOC file. Select the text or image that you want to be the hyperlink and click the Microsoft Word hyperlink tool icon. You will be able to choose an existing DOC file, or to upload a new DOC file.
	Microsoft Excel	Use the Microsoft Excel hyperlink tool to create a hyperlink to an XLS file. Select the text or image that you want to be the hyperlink and click the Adobe PDF hyperlink tool icon. You will be able to choose an existing XLS file, or to upload a new XLS file.
